Project Content
This project primarily involves consulting services for the planning of the Hao Di Sanitary Ware Smart Factory. The main services provided include architectural renovation, park/workshop/auxiliary facility planning, intelligent warehousing/intelligent logistics, and automation scheme design.
The new factory planning project involves the production building spanning 1-2F, which is a two-story concrete production facility covering a total area of 25,382 square meters, with the factory building occupying approximately 12,691 square meters.
The new factory is planned to achieve an annual output value of 500 million in the future. The planning content includes the supply of materials, production, packaging, and delivery of finished products for toilet seat covers and slow-fall accessories. The entire process is planned according to a lean streamlined scheme to meet the needs of future diversification and high output value development.
Project achievements
The Haodi Sanitary Ware New Factory Project spanned three months. The Jinggong Intelligent Team fully integrated lean concepts, broke traditional production models, and introduced a one-flow production method. Through productization, leanization, automation, and other solutions, they reduced logistics handling and the number of work-in-process products during the production process, enhancing Haodi Sanitary Ware's overall manufacturing capabilities. During the project's implementation, it received high recognition and praise from various customer leaders and employees. The estimated benefits of the project are as follows: 1. Breaking traditional production methods, increasing production efficiency by 20%; 2. Reducing the number of work-in-process products in the workshop by 30%; 3. Enhancing the level of automation by one grade, saving 20% of workshop manpower; 4. Significantly improving the level of 5S and visual management on the production site.
