Founded in 2007, XAG Technology is an agricultural technology company with the mission of "enhancing global agricultural production efficiency" and building an "unmanned" agricultural ecosystem. Over the years, XAG has independently developed and manufactured six major smart agriculture product lines, including XAG agricultural drones, XAG agricultural unmanned vehicles, XAG agricultural machine autopilot, XAG remote sensing drones, XAG agricultural IoT, and XAG smart agriculture system, which run through the entire agricultural production cycle and achieve true unmanned agricultural production management.

Project achievements
The XAG Factory Planning Project spanned three months. The Jinggong Intelligent Team fully integrated lean concepts, broke with traditional production models, and introduced a one-piece flow production method. Through productization, leanization, automation, and other solutions, they reduced logistics handling and the number of work-in-process products during the production process, enhancing XAG's overall manufacturing capabilities. During the project's implementation, it received high recognition and praise from various leaders and employees of the client. Project estimated benefits: 1. Automation rate increased by 54%; 2. Daily per capita production capacity increased by 129%; 3. Production site 5S and visual management levels significantly improved.
